With just 8 easy steps to become a PR1MA homeowner of the Residensi Bandar Ekar Rumah PR1MA.
REGISTRATION Open your account at www.pr1ma.my Complete the PR1MA simple registration immediately to get the PR1MA reference number.
LAUNCH You will be notified of the launch of PR1MA projects at the location of your choice. The project launched will also be advertised in the media.
APPLICATION You will need to apply for a PR1MA residential project that has been opened for application as voting will not be done automatically.
VOTING A transparent and open voting process of the Residensi Bandar Ekar will be conducted for eligible applicants.
UNIT SELECTION You will be invited to attend a Residensi Bandar Ekar’s Unit Selection session and you can select the unit of your choice depending on availability.
FINANCING The PR1MA Home Ownership Facilitation Program is a scheme that offers financing packages to own a PR1MA home easily.
FINANCING OF SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA) A Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be signed between the Developer, i.e. PR1MA and you as the Buyer of the residence.
SUBMISSION OF VACANT OWNERSHIP Once the construction of the house is completed and the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) is obtained, the house will be officially handed over thus making you the owner of a PR1MA residence.
NOTE
*Subject to additional guidelines by state. *PR1MA residences will be allocated through an open voting process. The selection of housing units by the selected owners will follow the order of the lottery. *A moratorium of 5 years will be imposed whereby PR1MA houses cannot be sold or transferred to another party. *PR1MA house must be inhabited by the owner.
