    You will be notified of the launch of PR1MA projects such as Residensi Seremban Sentral. The project launched will also be advertised in the media.
  3. APPLICATION
    You will need to apply for a PR1MA residential project that has been opened for application as voting will not be done automatically.
  4. VOTING
    A transparent and open voting process will be conducted for eligible applicants.
  5. UNIT SELECTION
    You will be invited to attend a Residensi Seremban Sentral’s Unit Selection session and you can select the unit of your choice depending on availability.
  6. FINANCING
    The PR1MA Home Ownership Facilitation Program is a scheme that offers financing packages to own a PR1MA home easily.
  7. FINANCING OF SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA)
    A Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be signed between the Developer, i.e. PR1MA and you as the Buyer of the residence.
