You will be notified of the launch of PR1MA projects at the location of your choice. The project launched will also be advertised in the media. - APPLICATION
You will need to apply for a PR1MA Residensi SP1’s residential project that has been opened for application as voting will not be done automatically. - VOTING
A transparent and open voting process will be conducted for eligible applicants. - UNIT SELECTION
You will be invited to attend a Residensi SP1 Unit Selection session and you can select the unit of your choice depending on availability. - FINANCING
The PR1MA Home Ownership Facilitation Program is a scheme that offers financing packages to own a PR1MA home easily. - FINANCING OF SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA)
A Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be signed between the Developer, i.e. PR1MA and you as the Buyer of the residence. - SUBMISSION OF VACANT OWNERSHIP
Once the construction of the house is completed and the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) is obtained, the house will be officially handed over thus making you the owner of a PR1MA residence.
