    3. Ditawarkan : Telah berjaya mendapat tawaran untuk projek yang telah dimohon.
    4. Tidak Ditawarkan : Permohonan tidak lengkap / Tidak berjaya dalam Undian.



    Bila keputusan permohonan akan diperoleh?

    Keputusan permohonan boleh disemak selepas tempoh selepas 14 hingga 30 hari iklan ditutup di laman web PPAM dan tertakluk kepada jumlah permohonan diterima.

    1. REGISTRATION
      Open your account at www.pr1ma.my Complete the PR1MA simple registration immediately to get the PR1MA reference number.
    2. LAUNCH
      You will be notified of the launch of PR1MA projects at the location of your choice. The project launched such as Residensi Larkin Indah PRIMA Johor will also be advertised in the media.
    3. APPLICATION
      You will need to apply for a PR1MA residential project that has been opened for application as voting will not be done automatically.
    4. VOTING
      A transparent and open voting process will be conducted for eligible applicants.
    5. UNIT SELECTION
      You will be invited to attend a Residensi Larkin Indah PRIMA Johor Unit Selection session and you can select the unit of your choice depending on availability.
    6. FINANCING
      The PR1MA Home Ownership Facilitation Program is a scheme that offers financing packages to own a PR1MA home easily.
    7. FINANCING OF SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA)
      A Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be signed between the Developer, i.e. PR1MA and you as the Buyer of the residence.
    8. SUBMISSION OF VACANT OWNERSHIP
      Once the construction of the house is completed and the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) is obtained, the house will be officially handed over thus making you the owner of a PR1MA residence.

    NOTE

    *Subject to additional guidelines by state.
    *Residensi Larkin Indah PRIMA Johor will be allocated through an open voting process. The selection of housing units by the selected owners will follow the order of the lottery.
    *A moratorium of 5 years will be imposed whereby PR1MA houses cannot be sold or transferred to another party.
    *Residensi Larkin Indah PRIMA Johor’s house must be inhabited by the owner.

      Buka akaun anda di www.pr1ma.my Lengkapkan pendaftaran mudah PR1MA dengan segera untuk mendapatkan nombor rujukan PR1MA.
    2. PELANCARAN
      Anda akan dimaklumkan mengenai pelancaran projek-projek PR1MA di lokasi pilihan anda. Projek yang dilancarkan akan turut diiklankan di dalam media.
    3. PERMOHONAN
      Anda perlu memohon projek kediaman PR1MA yang telah dibuka untuk permohonan kerana pengundian tidak akan dilakukan secara automatik.
    4. PENGUNDIAN
      Proses cabutan undi secara telus dan terbuka akan dijalankan untuk pemohon yang memenuhi syarat kelayakan Residensi Larkin Indah PRIMA Johor.
    5. PEMILIHAN UNIT
      Anda akan dijemput untuk menghadiri sesi Pemilihan Unit dan anda boleh memilih unit pilihan anda bergantung kepada kekosongan.
    6. PEMBIAYAAN
      Program Pemudah Cara Pemilikan Kediaman PR1MA merupakan skim yang menawarkan pakej pembiayaan untuk memiliki kediaman PR1MA dengan mudah.
    7. PEMBIAYAAN PERJANJIAN JUAL BELI
      Perjanjian Jual Beli (SPA) akan ditandatangani antara Pemaju, iaitu PR1MA dan anda sebagai Pembeli kediaman tersebut.
    8. PENYERAHAN PEMILIKAN KOSONG
      Setelah pembinaan rumah siap dan Sijil Perakuan Siap dan Pematuhan (CCC) diperolehi, rumah akan diserahkan secara rasmi sekaligus menjadikan anda pemilik kediaman Residensi Larkin Indah PRIMA Johor.

    NOTA

    • Tertakluk pada garis paduan tambahan mengikut negeri.
    • Kediaman PR1MA akan diperuntukkan melalui proses pengundian terbuka. Pemilihan unit rumah oleh pemilik yang terpilih akan mengikut turutan cabutan undian.
    • Moratorium selama 5 tahun akan dikenakan yang mana rumah PR1MA tidak boleh dijual atau dipindah milik kepada pihak lain.
    • Rumah Residensi Larkin Indah PRIMA Johor wajib didiami pemilik.
