Residensi Wilayah Application Guidelines

After registration for Residensi Riamas Rumah Mampu Milik Kuala Lumpur Affordable Homes, applicant have to complete their personal profile first before they can apply for any projects. For applicants who register before 28th June 2019, applicant have to submit their supporting documents to the respective developer. Below are list of documents needed:

For Applicants

  1. Letter of oath
  2. Copy of Applicant’s Identity Card (MyKad)
  3. 3 months Latest Salary Statement Applicant or latest 3 months bank statement for application without salary slip.
  4. EPF Statement and withdrawal history or Applicant’s Income Tax Statement for applications without EPF.
  5. Applicant’s Latest Employer Confirmation Letter or Company Registration Certificate for self -employed (if having a company).
  6. Electricity Bill and Residential Water Bill or other documents as proof of residence (mandatory).
  7. Copy of Applicant’s OKU Card (If applicable).
  8. Copy of Property Sale and Purchase Agreement owned / grant (if applicable).

For Spouse

  1. Spouse’s EPF Statement and withdrawal history or Spouse’s Income Tax Statement for applications without EPF.
  2. 3 months Spouse’s Latest Salary Statement or latest 3 months bank statement for no salary slip application.
  3. Copy of Identity Card (MyKad) / spouse’s passport.
  4. Spouse’s Latest Employer Confirmation Letter or sworn account letter if the husband is not working or Company Registration Certificate for self -employed (if having a company).
  5. Child’s Birth Certificate / MyKid.
  6. Copy of OKU Spouse / Child Card (if applicable).
  7. Copy of Marriage Certificate / Marriage Certificate / Divorce Certificate / Death Certificate.

Second Nominee (other than Spouse)

  1. Copy of Applicant’s Birth Certificate.
  2. Copy of Second Nominee’s Birth Certificate.
  3. Copy of Second Nominee Identification Letter.
  4. 3 months Latest Salary Statement of Second Nominee or latest 3 months bank statement for Second Nominee no salary slip.

Untuk Pemohon

  1. Surat Akuan Sumpah
  2. Salinan Kad Pengenalan Pemohon (MyKad)
  3. 3 bulan Penyata Gaji Terkini Pemohon atau penyata bank 3 bulan terkini bagi permohonan tiada slip gaji.
  4. Penyata KWSP dan sejarah pengeluaran atau Penyata Cukai Pendapatan Pemohon bagi permohonan yang tiada KSWP.
  5. Surat Pengesahan Majikan Terkini Pemohon atau Sijil Pendaftaran Syarikat bagi yang bekerja sendiri (jika mempunyai syarikat).
  6. Bil Elektrik dan Bil Air Tempat Tinggal atau dokumen lain sebagai bukti kediaman (mandatori).
  7. Salinan Kad OKU Pemohon (Jika berkaitan).
  8. Salinan Perjanjian Jual Beli Hartanah yang dimiliki / geran (jika berkaitan).

Untuk Pasangan

  1. Penyata KWSP Pasangan dan sejarah pengeluaran atau Penyata Cukai Pendapatan Pasangan bagi permohonan yang tiada KWSP.
  2. 3 bulan Penyata Gaji Terkini Pasangan atau penyata bank 3 bulan terkini bagi permohonan tiada slip gaji.
  3. Salinan Kad Pengenalan (MyKad) / pasport pasangan.
  4. Surat Pengesahan Majikan Terkini Pasangan atau surat akaun sumpah sekiranya suami tidak bekerja atau Sijil Pendaftaran Syarikat bagi yang bekerja sendiri (jika mempunyai syarikat).
