Berikut adalah penjelasan maksud status pemohonan:-
- Lengkap : Sedang disemak oleh PPAM.
- Pengundian Seterusnya : Undian telah dilaksanakan namun permohonan belum berjaya mendapat tawaran, undian semula akan dibuat semula sekiranya terdapat kekosongan pada masa akan datang.
- Ditawarkan : Telah berjaya mendapat tawaran untuk projek yang telah dimohon.
- Tidak Ditawarkan : Permohonan tidak lengkap / Tidak berjaya dalam Undian.
Bila keputusan permohonan akan diperoleh?
Keputusan permohonan boleh disemak selepas tempoh selepas 14 hingga 30 hari iklan ditutup di laman web PPAM dan tertakluk kepada jumlah permohonan diterima.
Saya adalah seorang anak pesara. Bolehkah saya memohon PPAM?
Boleh dengan syarat pesara tersebut masih hidup, mempunyai Kad Pesara dan hanya seorang anak sahaja boleh ditawarkan PPAM (sekiranya berjaya).

You will be notified of the launch of PR1MA projects at the location of your choice. The project launched will also be advertised in the media. - APPLICATION
You will need to apply for a PR1MA residential project that has been opened for application as voting will not be done automatically. - VOTING
A transparent and open voting process will be conducted for eligible applicants. - UNIT SELECTION
You will be invited to attend a Unit Selection session and you can select the unit of your choice depending on availability. - FINANCING
The PR1MA Home Ownership Facilitation Program is a scheme that offers financing packages to own a PR1MA home easily. - FINANCING OF SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA)
A Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be signed between the Developer, i.e. PR1MA and you as the Buyer of the residence. - SUBMISSION OF VACANT OWNERSHIP

- Moratorium selama 5 tahun akan dikenakan yang mana rumah PR1MA tidak boleh dijual atau dipindah milik kepada pihak lain.

Residensi Wilayah application guidelines
After registration for Lorem, applicant have to complete their personal profile first before they can apply for any projects. For applicants who register before 28th June 2019, applicant have to submit their supporting documents to the respective developer.

Pengumuman Penting Dari Rumah Selangorku
Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS) tidak pernah melantik mana-mana orang perseorangan, persatuan, pertubuhan mahupun syarikat untuk bertindak sebagai ejen bagi urusan permohonan dan penawaran Rumah Selangorku.
Semua permohonan Rumah Selangorku boleh dilakukan secara PERCUMA dan wajib dilakukan secara atas talian (online) SAHAJA melalui laman web https://ehartanah.lphs.gov.my. Bagi pemohon Warga Emas dan OKU boleh mendapatkan bantuan bagi melaksanakan pendaftaran daripada Pejabat ADUN / Pihak Pemaju / Ahli Keluarga terdekat.
Orang ramai diminta untuk sentiasa berwaspada dan dinasihatkan agar mendapatkan pengesahan segera daripada LPHS bagi sebarang keraguan mengenai urusan permohonan dan / atau penawaran Rumah Selangorku oleh mana-mana orang, persatuan, pertubuhan atau syarikat yang mendakwa bertindak sebagai ejen bagi pihak LPHS untuk mengelakkan kes penipuan yang akan menyebabkan kerugian.
Sekiranya terdapat mana-mana individu yang telah memohon Rumah Selangorku melalui ejen terlibat tanpa melalui LPHS, tindakan penguatkuasaan akan diambil oleh LPHS bagi menghalang sebarang urusan pengeluaran hakmilik strata rumah tersebut.

- Pemohon mestilah telah melepasi syarat kelayakan permohonan.
- Selepas mendaftar, pemohon hendaklah mengemaskini dan melengkapkan profil peribadi seperti yang dikehendaki.
- Pemohon harus membuat pilihan projek yang dikehendaki berdasarkan pilihan jenis hartanah, daerah dan mukim.
- Hanya permohonan yang LENGKAP sahaja boleh dihantar dan kemudian akan disemak dan diproses oleh pihak Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS).
- Sekiranya status pemohon telah DITAWARKAN RUMAH, maka pemohon perlu mengemukakan dokumen sokongan seperti berikut untuk proses selanjutnya:
- Salinan kad pengenalan pemohon dan pasangan;
- Salinan Surat Nikah/Daftar Perkahwinan/Surat Cerai/Sijil Kematian pasangan;
- Surat Pengesahan bujang daripada majikan atau Pesuruhjaya Sumpah sekiranya bekerja sendiri bagi pemohon yang belum berkahwin;
- Penyata gaji terkini atau pengesahan pendapatan daripada Pesuruhjaya Sumpah sekiranya bekerja sendiri;
- Surat akuan bersumpah daripada pesuruhjaya sumpah sekiranya pasangan tidak bekerja;
- Penyata KWSP (jika ada); dan
- Laporan dan rekod pemohon dan pasangan di Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS) atau CTOS yang menyatakan laporan dan rekod CCRIS.
- Tempoh sah laku bagi setiap permohonan yang didaftarkan adalah selama 2 tahun. Selepas tempoh tersebut data permohonan yang masih dalam status SENARAI MENUNGGU akan dikeluarkan dari sistem dan pemohon perlu membuat permohonan baru sekiranya masih berminat untuk memohon RUMAH SELANGORKU.
Syarat Kelayakan Rumah Selangorku
Adakah anda layak memohon membeli Rumah Selangorku? Berikut adalah syarat-syarat utama kelayakan pemohon.
- Kewarganegaraan : Pemohon adalan warganegara Malaysia.
- Had Umur : Berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas pada tarikh pendaftaran.
- Pemilikan Rumah : Tidak memiliki sebarang jenis kediaman di Selangor.
- Had Pendapatan : Pendapatan bulanan seisi rumah (Pemohon dan Pasangan) tidak melebihi RM10,000.

In 1989 Worldwide Holdings Berhad took a restructuring exercise with a relisting on the Bursa Malaysia Securities.Having injected assets from three companies under the Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor (Holiday Inn Centre, Perangsang Tin Consolidated and Perangsang Rio Tinto) into Worldwide Holdings, the company is now under the wings of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor.
Since then, Worldwide Holdings has been involved in diverse industries such as property development and investment, timber trading, infrastructure development, television news broadcasting, solid waste management, overseas investment and investment holding. A consolidation exercise during the Asian financial crisis enabled
Worldwide to diverse its infrastructure projects as well as its non-performing assets and investments.
In 2008, Worldwide Holdings Berhad was privatized and was officially delisted from Bursa Malaysia and is now wholly owned subsidiary of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor.
Today, Worldwide Holdings Berhad focuses on four main businesses: property, environmental management services, investment holding and medical device manufacturing.

- Choose your location and choose resential or commercial property
- Contact Our Sales Gallery : We advise getting in touch with your preferred location’s sales gallery for more information about your property. Click on the link below for the full list of our sales galleries and their respective contact details. OR Register With Us : Register your interest on our website and you will be sent updates and details to help you obtain your desired property.
- Select A Unit : Upon registration, you will be invited to the EcoWorld Gallery for a comprehensive tour around our township. Our team will be close by to help with any enquiries you may have when choosing your dream property.
- Loan Enquiries : Prior to signing your letter of offer, you may now check your home loan eligibility and affordability by contacting our Panel Banker list. We also have a loan calculator provided below for your convenience.
- Pay Booking Fees & Sign Letter of Offer : Upon confirmation, you will be issued your letter of offer along with the particulars of the property you have chosen. You will also be given a receipt for the initial 10% down payment.
- Apply For A Loan : After you have signed your letter of offer, you may apply for a loan with your preferred bank.
- Execution of Sale and Purchase Agreement & Loan Agreement : You are advised to sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Loan Agreement documents upon settlement of the 10% down payment within 14 days from the date of confirmation of sale. You may also be required to pay any necessary legal fees.
- Progressive Payment to Bank/Developer : After signing all the necessary documents, you will be issued a progressive billing according to Schedule H of the Malaysia Housing Development Act. Progressive billing is based on respective project stages.
- Vacant Possesion : Upon vacant possession, EcoWorld Residence Club will become your contacting point from the day you get your keys to the moment you move into your property.
- The EcoWorld Residence Club : EcoWorld Residence Club provides property management and home support services, this initiative is our way of ensuring your living experience with us will remain pleasant and worry-free.
