Introduction

Glomac Berhad is one of the leading property companies in Malaysia. Glomac group of companies began in 1988 by visionary entrepreneur co-founders Tan Sri Dato’ FD Mansor (Group Executive Chairman) and Datuk Richard Fong (Group Executive Vice-Chairman).

It was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 13 June 2000 and its evolvements has seen Glomac group recognised as a trusted and responsible developer, involved in every aspect of property and real estate development.

Currently helmed by Datuk Seri FD Iskandar, Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer; today, Glomac Berhad comprises more than 55 subsidiaries and has successfully completed close to RM9 billion in total sales value.

The Company started on a modest scale with a completion of more than RM8.8 billion (total sales value). Most of Glomac’s current major development are located strategically in the Klang Valley and Greater KL. Glomac aims to continue to place importance on residential and commercial developments.

Glomac Bina was incorporated on 7 July 1990, registered as a Class A construction company by the Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor and a Class 7 contractor by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).

Over the years, Glomac Bina has grown from strength to strength with good management and dedicated performance of the company. GBSB has undertaken and completed quality construction projects worth more than RM1 billion in value.
