Glomac Berhad is one of the leading property company in Malaysia. Glomac group of companies began in 1988 by visionary entrepreneur co-founders Tan Sri Dato’ FD Mansor (Group Executive Chairman) and Datuk Richard Fong (Group Executive Vice-Chairman).

The Business

Comprising more than 55 subsidiaries, property development has been the main business of the Group since its inception. The Company started on a modest scale with a completion of more than RM8.8 billion (total sales value). Most of Glomac’s current major development are located strategically in the Klang Valley and Greater KL. Glomac aims to continue to place importance on residential and commercial developments.

Construction

Glomac Bina was incorporated on 7 July 1990, registered as a Class A construction company by the Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor and a Class 7 contractor by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).

Over the years, Glomac Bina has grown from strength to strength with good management and dedicated performance of the company. GBSB has undertaken and completed quality construction projects worth more than RM1 billion in value.
